Do
you arrive at the booking time or beforehand to set
up?
Good question! The truck unit (which usually does
birthday parties, kindys, playgroups etc) arrives
10 minutes before your booking time (ie 9:50am
for a 10am party) in order to set up. The ute &
float unit arrives 30 minutes before to set up for
large events.

What
do you do if it is raining on my booking day?
We are happy to come rain, hail or shine! For the
truck unit, approx 20 kids can fit into the truck
at one time which provides shelter from the rain and
all activity can occur within the truck. The kids
are usually happy to go ahead with the pony rides
if they pop on a rain jacket.
If the ute & float unit is booked for you, ensuring
the kids have a rain jacket is a good idea.

What
are your travel areas?
Our travel areas are no further north than Albany or
south of Manurewa. Sometimes we can travel to such places
as Whangaparoa or Karaka depending on our bookings already
made, and for a small extra petrol charge. |

What
are the maximum number of children allowed?
Birthday parties: 30. Smaller numbers of children means
more pony rides each, and more time holding and cuddling
the animals!
Kindys, playgroups etc: 45 kids per hour. A time extension
will allow for more children.
Galas: We do not have maximum numbers. Those who wait
in line for a pony ride will get one and those who don't,
won't! |

Do
you require a deposit, how do we pay?
Yes, a $50 deposit is required to be paid by cheque
or direct credit within 10 days of making your booking,
the balance is payable on the day, before we commence. |
