If
a pencil booking is made the booking date/time will
be held for 3 days then will be cancelled if no confirmation
is received. |

Deposit
must be made within 10 days of receiving the booking
form or booking will be cancelled |

Deposits
are non refundable within 30 days of booking date |

For
bookings under $500 deposit is $50. For bookings over
$500 deposit is $100 and bookings greater than $1,000
deposit is 10%. For fundraising events we require a
NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $25 per hour for the time
you require us for. |

If
full payment is made prior to booked date: if cancelled
before the date of the booking a refund minus the deposit
will be made. If cancelled on the date of your booking
2.5 hours or more prior to the time of your booking,
a 50% refund will be made. If within 2.5 hours of your
booking NO refund will be made. |

If
deposit is paid and you need to cancel before the date
of your booking refer to clause 3 above. If you need
to cancel on the day more than 2.5 hours prior to your
booking we will require a 50% payment. If cancelled
within 2.5 hours of booking we require 100% of invoice.
All costs incurred retrieving payment will be passed
to the debtor. |

Cancellations
on the date of your booking must be made by phone by
7:30am to (09) 810 9292/022-0669431 (Leave a message
as we do work out on the farm but we check the answer
phone before we leave.) |

Balance
must be paid on the date of your booking .If not, penalties
apply at 10% of outstanding balance per week until paid
in full. Any extra costs involved with recouping the
balance will be added to the amount owed and charged
at the full expense of the debtor. |

If
paying full amount by direct credit it must be paid
& cleared 5 days prior to the booked date. |
 |
All deposits must clearly state Venue, date, time and
name of person who made the booking.
